Our bread is made slowly and gently by hand at our small South Bristol bakery. We use long fermentation methods and the best ingredient, no additives, just organic flour, water and sea salt.

All our bread is made with specialist organic flours from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Some of our breads are ‘wild breads’, made with levain or sourdough with no commercial yeast. Others are ‘yeasty breads’. All are made by slowly and gently by hand. The long fermentation process enhances flavour and texture and makes the final loaf more digestible.
