Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellation policy

Orders placed through our online ordering system are automatically forwarded to producers. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend orders once placed.

We will endeavour to deliver goods to the collection point no more than one hour prior to the advertised collection times.

If goods are not collected from the collection point within the advertised times we cannot accept responsibility for their quality.

Home deliveries will be made during the agreed time window and according to instructions given by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for these goods after they have been delivered except in that they will be packed to a standard so as to be in good condition for more than 2 hours if left at 25C or less.

We will make a full refund for any ordered items that are not supplied, or not supplied in good condition, according to this policy as notified to us by the customer within 48 hours of the due delivery time.  We will make such refunds within seven days of the original delivery date.
